We're hiring solo and team CDL-A drivers for regional routes running up and down the eastern seaboard. Positions are open to experienced drivers and trainees (with leadership approval), offering strong pay and consistent home time.

Position Overview:

• Line of Business: OTR-Dry Van
• Hiring Area: CT, MA, NH, NY (excluding NYC), RI, VT
• Hiring Hub: Syracuse, NY (zip 13212)
• Home Time: Every two weeks with weekend availability
• Shift: Day and night
• Weekend Work: Required
• Holiday Work: Required when scheduled
• Equipment: Dry van (Drop & Hook, Live Load/Unload, Preload)
• Owner Operators: Accepted
• Teams: Accepted
• Trainees: Accepted with approval
• No endorsements required

Lane Information:

• Routes run exclusively along the eastern U.S., staying east of the Mississippi River
• Focused lanes provide structured coverage with consistent freight flow
• No long-haul west coast routes

Compensation & Pay Structure:

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,200–$1,400
• Weekly Mileage: Approx. 2,500 miles
• Mileage Pay:
• 0–11 months: $0.55 CPM
• Increases by $0.01 CPM for each 12 months of verified experience
• Maximum: $0.65 CPM
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop
• No unload or short haul pay included (see linehaul sliding scale for short distances)
• Bonus: Swift Driver Performance Bonus program available
• No transition bonus offered
