Now hiring solo and team drivers for our Great Lakes Regional fleet based in Manteno, IL (zip code 60950). Positions are open to both experienced drivers and trainees living within a 500-mile radius.

Position Overview:

• Line of Business: OTR-Dry Van
• Hiring Area: IL, IN, WI
• Home Time: Every two weeks
• Shift: Day and night shifts available
• Weekend and holiday work as needed
• Equipment: Dry van trailers with Drop & Hook, Live Load, and Live Unload
• Endorsements: None required
• Owner Operators: Not accepted
• Teams: Accepted
• Trainees: Accepted

Compensation & Pay Structure:

• Average Earnings: $1,500 per week
• Weekly Mileage: Approx. 2,200 miles
• Pay Package: Great Lakes Regional (GLR) pay pack
• Stop Pay: $15
• Short Haul Pay: Same as OTR
• Unload Pay: Not included
• Performance Bonus: Driver Performance Bonus available
• No transition bonus

• Service radius: 500 miles from Chicago
• Routes include a mix of regional deliveries offering varied freight
• Favorable conditions with consistent scheduling
