Now hiring CDL-A solo and team drivers for our Great Lakes Regional fleet based in the Menasha, WI area. Open to experienced drivers and trainees located within 800 miles of zip codes across WI, MN, IA, and IL.

Position Overview:

• Line of Business: OTR-Dry Van
• Hiring States: WI, MN, IA, IL
• Hiring Area: Multiple planning zones across Wisconsin and Minnesota
• Home Time: 34-hour resets, typically weekly
• Shift: Day and night shifts available
• Weekend and holiday work required (as scheduled)
• Freight Type: No-touch, dry van freight with routes starting out of Illinois markets
• Equipment: Drop and hook operations
• Endorsements: None required
• Teams: Accepted
• Trainees: Accepted
• Owner Operators: Accepted

Compensation & Pay Structure:

• Weekly Earnings: $1,100–$1,200 average
• Weekly Mileage: Approx. 1,900 miles
• GLR Pay Package:
• 0.56 CPM (4 months)
• 0.58 CPM (6 months)
• 0.59 CPM (9 months)
• 0.595 CPM (1 year)
• 0.60–0.64 CPM (up to 5+ years experience)
• Stop Pay: $25
• Unload Pay: $100
• Short Haul Pay: Same rate as OTR
• Bonus: Driver Performance Bonus available
• No transition bonus offered

Lane Information:

• Regional service area within 500–800 miles radius
• Routes may be 6–14 days out
• Must meet 1,800-mile minimum before returning home
• No unfavorable lane conditions noted
