We’re hiring experienced CDL-A drivers and trainees in select locations across the Northeast for a dedicated grocery fleet. Strong weekly pay, consistent scheduling, and no-touch freight make this a solid opportunity.

Position Overview:

• Line of Business: Dedicated Grocery (DED-
• Hiring Area: CT, MA, NJ, NY, VT
• Home Time: 34-hour restarts or every two weeks (to be discussed)
• Shift: Day and night shifts available
• Weekend and holiday work expected
• Teams and Owner Operators: Not accepted
• Trainees: Accepted with leadership approval
• Endorsements: None required
• Equipment: Live unload operations
• Specialized Equipment: None

Hiring Notes:

• Interviews available near NY/VT and NY/MA borders
• Do not hire from Buffalo, NYC, or Boston areas
• MA hiring does not go past Worcester
• North NJ and CT candidates must live near NY/MA border

Lane Information:

• Regional routes serving store locations in the Northeast
• Freight type: No-touch, with possible drop and hook
• Typical schedule: 5–6 day work week
• Route challenges may include night driving, weekend work, and winter conditions

Compensation & Pay Structure:

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,600
• Weekly Mileage: Approx. 1,800 miles
• Mileage Pay + Stop Pay
• Stop Pay: $10 for first stop, $15 each additional
• Short Haul Pay: $25 for loads under 50 miles
• No unload or transition bonus
• No additional bonus offers
