Position Overview:

We are seeking qualified CDL-A drivers for our dedicated intermodal account based in Chicago. This is a home daily opportunity with night shift availability and weekend work required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of CDL-A experience
• Must live within 25 miles of 60608
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• No endorsements required
• Trainees not accepted
• Owner Operators not accepted
• Teams accepted
• Leadership approval required

Job Details:

• Shift: Night shift (Monday–Friday: 7 PM–4 AM)
• Weekend shift begins Saturday at 12:01 AM and ends Monday at 4 AM
• Lane runs include Chicago, WI, MI, IA, and IN
• Home daily with frequent drop-and-hook, no-touch freight
• Trucks must be routed 3 loaded miles to qualify for stop/spiff pay

Pay & Compensation:

• Starting pay: $0.62 per mile
• $20 per load
• Night Differential: $0.06 CPM (Mon–Fri, 7 PM–4 AM)
• Weekend Differential: $0.12 CPM (Fri 7 PM–Mon 4 AM)
• Weekly average miles: 1,800
• Average weekly earnings: $1,200
• No unload or stop pay offered
• No bonus or transition pay available

Driver Needs:

• Solo drivers: 20
• Team drivers: 10
• Total: 25 positions in IL
